If you have trouble signing in to IFCN Portal, try the following:
  1. Your email address must exist in IFCN WEB Portal.
  2. When typing your password, make sure the Caps Lock key isn’t on (passwords are case-sensitive).
  3. Make sure you’re typing the login credentials provided by IFCN.
  4. If you do not see the email in your inbox - please check your spam/junk folder.
  5. If still you have a problem please contact directly with IFCN Support.

Select a password that is at least 8 characters in length, that does not contain your name, username, phone number, birthday, or other personal information. It is best to include a mix of numbers, symbols and/or capital and lowercase letters in your new password.
